Holiday Drinks that Pack the Taste (without the Calories!)
Pomegranate Coconut Martini
Makes 2 Martinis
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Coconut Malibu Rum
- 2 oz. pomegranate seeds + juices from cutting the fruit
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed clementine juice
- ½ cup ice
- 4 oz. sparkling water
- Orange peel for garnish
Directions:
Combine rum, pomegranate seeds and juices in a shaker over ice, shake 10 times. Pour sparkling water into a martini glass and top with shaker contents, excluding the ice.
*Note – do not put sparkling water into the shaker or it will explode! For more color, squeeze the juice from a few of the pomegranate seeds into the shaker before shaking.

Biscotti Coffee
Makes 2 coffees
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. amaretto
- 8 oz. hot, black coffee of your choice, prepared hot
- 1 oz. 5% cream
Directions:
Into 2 glasses, pour 1 oz. each of amaretto, 4 oz. of coffee and top with 0.5 oz. cream. Enjoy hot!
