Apple Honey Bagels with Ricotta Cheese

This recipe makes for a great snack (when halved), appetizer (quartered), or make a full bagel sandwich for breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients

  • Whole grain bagel
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Sliced honey crisp apples
  • Honey
  • Raw or roasted pumpkin seeds                 

 

Instructions

  1. Spread ricotta on bagel,
  2. Slice apples thinly. Top bagel with sliced apple,
  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds for extra crunch!
