Apple Maple Vinaigrette

A delicious dressing that can be used to liven up roasted vegetables, shredded greens or mixed salads!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Apple juice

  • ½ cup Pure maple syrup

  • Juice of one fresh Lemon

  • ½ cup Canola oil

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

  • About 1 tsp Fresh or dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and combine thoroughly with whisk. Be sure to mix well before each use. Will keep in the fridge for at least a week.
