Yield: 6 servings
Prep time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 6 celery stalks, washed

  • 1 English cucumber

  • 1 block cream cheese spread (your choice of flavor or plain)

  • Shredded carrot

  • Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut celery stalks into 3-inch pieces.

  2. Wash and cut cucumber into ½-inch rounds, and then cut again into halves.

  3. In a small bowl, whip cream cheese so that it reaches a smooth and fluffy consistency.

  4. Cut carrots into small sticks, or use pre-cut carrots. Cut blueberries in half.

  5. To assemble your snail: spread 1-2 tbsp of cream cheese on celery. For the shell, place one half of the cucumber round on top of the cream cheese. For antennae, use carrot sticks. And for eyes, use blue berry halves. Enjoy!
