Kale Caesar Salad

Crisp, flavorful and tangy we have created a fresh, new, lighter spin on your traditional Caesar salad!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (5 oz) of baby kale (pre-washed and ready-to-eat) 
  • 1/3 cup sliced roasted almonds, garlic flavoured 
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese petals 
  • 1/2 cup multigrain garlic croutons

Directions:

1. Toss together all salad ingredients.

2. Pour caesar vinaigrette dressing over salad and toss. You may wish to squeeze some additional fresh lemon juice over top. Enjoy!
