Parmesan Steamed Vegetables

A colourful veggie side dish tossed in a little butter and finished with a sprinkle of parmesan!

Ingredients

  •  4 cups of vegetables of choice (e.g. broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, carrots)
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp real butter

Instructions

  1. Steam vegetables under tender. Lightly coat with butter and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
