Quick and Easy Guacamole

Super quick and easy! This guacamole makes a great dip, sandwich spread, addition to salads or as a condiment atop baked potatoes!

Ingredients

  • 5 avocados, pitted and mashed
  • 1 fresh lime, juiced
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chilli pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the mashed avocado pulp in a large bowl and coat in lime juice
  2. Add in cumin and chili pepper and mix to combine. Serve immediately or allow guacamole to sit for an hour to allow the flavours to develop before serving.
