get to know Jodi
How she helps: Jodi is a healthy eating coach who helps busy people clear the confusion about healthy eating and discover healthy, simple, and sustainable meal & snack solutions. She is most passionate about helping people overcome restrictive/disordered eating, create a positive relationship with food and their body, and busting common nutrition myths.
What made her become dietitian/personal trainer/yoga teacher: During her youth, Jodi learned (the hard way) that going on diets and taking a restrictive approach to eating is a recipe for health disaster. Becoming educated in proper nutrition and fitness set her on the right path to enjoy a healthy and happy lifestyle (including all foods, in moderation).

Funny Fact: Jodi is known for being a selective eater. In fact, she has several strong food aversions that are so bad she can't be in the same room when people are eating certain foods! Be sure to ask her what they are.
What she can't live without: Hot yoga, hot baths, canine companions, and writing for her Craving Health blog - she finds writing very therapeutic just like exercise and hot baths.
Get to know Jenna
How she helps: Jenna is also a dietitian who helps out with content development for Craving Health. She creates recipes, writes blog posts and makes other forms of content that can be found on our website and social media, as well as in our monthly newsletter. Fun fact: Jenna learned lots about blog writing from Jodi, who mentored Jenna during her dietetic internship!
What made her become a Registered Dietitian: Some of Jenna’s fondest childhood memories come from learning about food from her mom and grandmother. What attracted her most about dietetics was that it combined her passion for food with education and health care. Jenna also loves that there are so many different opportunities working in dietetics. Now, she gets “the best of both worlds” - she works with Craving Change to promote health and wellness through her writing, but she also works in a clinical role in a hospital.
