Ingredients
- 750g Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt (5% M.F Liberte Vanilla Bean works well)
- 250g lemon curd (PC Black Label is a good brand)
- The zest of one lemon
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl fold the lemon curd into the Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
- Add the lemon zest and stir well to combine. Enjoy immediately as is, over fresh fruit, or with granola.
