Recipe makes 2 servings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk with chai (warm the milk and allow chai teak to soak approximately 5 minutes)
- 1/2 cup large flake oats
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except the raspberries together in a mason jar, or bowl. Let rest overnight then add fresh (or frozen) raspberries and enjoy!
