Chai Tea Raspberry Overnight Oats

This easy make ahead recipe is the perfect fibre packed treat for breakfast or snack!

Recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk with chai (warm the milk and allow chai teak to soak approximately 5 minutes)
  • 1/2 cup large flake oats
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp honey
     

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except the raspberries together in a mason jar, or bowl. Let rest overnight then add fresh (or frozen) raspberries and enjoy!
